We're getting married!

We’ve known each other pretty much our whole lives. We grew up in the same small town, went to school together, and our parents have known each other for years. After high school, life took us in different directions. Lauren moved to Florida for college, and Zac stayed in Alaska. Years later, she came back to Kodiak for a week trip, and somehow, we ended up spending almost every day together. It felt easy, like no time had passed. When she went back to Arizona, we kept talking every day for months until Zac decided to make the move down there. Since then, we’ve built a life full of little adventures like spontaneous trips to see our favorite music artists, movie nights, walks with our dogs Ollie and Tyson, and plenty of other fun memories along the way as well as trips to Disney. For years, Zac would joke about seeing Lauren’s Disney posts and say, “When are we going?” Eventually, we made it happen, and it was every bit as fun (and maybe a little overdue). Fast forward to today: Lauren is a fourth-grade teacher at Benchmark Elementary, an esteemed charter school, and Zac is a Senior Marketing Manager at Pickleball Kingdom, one of the fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchises in the world. If you told us three or four years ago that we’d be here, we probably wouldn’t have believed it. Life has a funny way of connecting everything at the right time. We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter and would love for you to join us on one of the most important days of our lives. We can’t wait to see you soon!
