What should I wear?

Answer

No white or light blue please! Refined casual dress code. For the ladies: Knee-floor length dresses or skirts, blouses, sweaters, blazers, dark-wash jeans, slacks, wide leg pants, flats, heels, loafers, neutral sneakers. For the gentlemen: Button shirts, polos, sweaters, blazers, khakis, dark-wash jeans, slacks, boots, loafers, derbies, neutral sneakers. If you would like to coordinate we encourage you to wear a shade from our color palette.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

The deadline to have RSVPs in by is September 5th 2026. At this time we will be putting the final touches on everything and need to give our vendors a headcount to make sure there will be enough seating and food for everyone. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll have to assume that you can’t make it and will not be able to accommodate you.

What Time Should I Arrive?

We ask that you be seated in the outside pavilion by 2:55pm. If you are late, we ask that you head indoors and find your seat.

Where Can We Stay The Night Of The Wedding?

If you go to the “Travel” section on our website there are hotels listed that are nearby.

What Should I Bring As A Gift?

Answer

Click “Registry” and “See Registry”. Gifts & money will be highly appreciated, but not necessary! We will be happy with your presence! We will have a card box and gift location at the venue.

Is It Open Bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, it is not an open bar and the venue does not allow outside drinks. Cash bar will be available so be sure to bring money if you plan to drink with us! We will have a signature drink by the gallon in the cellar for guests to help themselves to.

Is The Wedding Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, reception will be a combination of indoors/outdoors.

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

Yes, children will be allowed to attend the wedding. We will have kids tables set up, if you will need a high chair we suggest bringing your own or a small stroller. Please verify that your kid has been accounted for, as we cannot accommodate all children.

Can I Take Pictures Of The Ceremony?

Answer

We would love if you took pictures of our day and shared them through the QR codes we have throughout the venue! If you post pictures on social media use the hashtag #iHARTyou
