We met many years ago during our 7th grade band class. Zachary played the alto saxophone while Jillian played the flute. Band was our only mutual class, and we had very different social circles. Zachary was always the quiet guy who wore black all the time, and Jillian was the one who signed up for too many extracurricular activities. We started officially dating our sophomore year of high school. After 15 (very long) years of ups and downs and everything in-between- including 10 months of handwritten letters, long-distance, and figuring out adulthood in general, we are FINALLY getting married!! Today, we are incredibly blessed to have recently bought our first home together, where we now live with our two dogs, Keira and Kuma.
