We met through a mutual friend at college. We were first just friends hanging out and enjoying each others company. When Jessica graduated college, we continued to hang out and text as friends. Zachary then asked Jessica out on a few dates up in her hometown of Franklin MA. On September 29, 2016 Zachary asked Jessica to be his girlfriend and Jessica said "Sure" haha :)

On this Friday, Jessica was coming home from work. Jessica got home and opened the door. Jackson, their dog, greeted Jessica at the door like he normally does. Jessica saw a bandana on Jackson but did not think anything of it. Jessica then turned around and saw Zachary standing in the kitchen. Zachary then got down on one knee and asked " Will you?" Jessica was confused and Zachary asked the " Will you marry me?" Jessica said YES! Jessica then realized Jackson's bandana said " Will you marry my Dad!"
