✈️ Travel & Getting There 1. What is the closest airport? Portland International Airport (PDX), about 1–1.5 hours from McMinnville. 2. How do I get from the airport to McMinnville? Rental cars are the easiest option. Rideshare is available but can be limited for return trips. 3. Should I rent a car? Yes—especially if you want to explore wineries, the coast, or Portland. 🏨 Accommodations 1. Where should I stay? Please reference our "Lodging" page. We have suggested a few hotels, and recommend Airbnbs, or nearby towns (McMinnville, Newberg, Dundee). 2. Do you have a hotel block? Unfortunately we do not have a hotel block, due to high demand in the area. Most hotels would not provide this option. 3. How far are hotels from the venue? There are several hotels on third street, which is walking distance to the reception venue. Many other hotel options range from a 10-20 minute drive. 👗 Wedding Details 1. What is the dress code? We ask that guests please join us in cocktail attire! 2. Is the wedding reception indoors or outdoors? It will be indoors. 3. What will the weather be like? Oregon can be unpredictable, so we suggest bringing layers. 🚗 Transportation 1. Is transportation provided? Transportation will not be provided. We suggest booking your stay close to the venue and/or renting a vehicle for your group. There are Ubers and Lyfts in the area, but they are limited. 2. Is parking available at the venue? Yes, there will be some parking at the venue as well as street parking. 🍷 Food & Drink 1. Will there be food/drinks? There will be catering for dinner and an open bar! 2. Are dietary restrictions accommodated? Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions when RSVP'ing, so we can accommodate you. 👶 Guests & Plus-Ones 1. Can I bring a plus-one? Your invitation will include all invited guests. If it does not specify a plus one, please do not bring a stranger to our celebration. Thank you again! 2. Are children invited? If your child's name is included on the invitation, then please bring them to celebrate. We want all our loved ones to be able to attend. 📅 Schedule & Events 1. What time should I arrive? Usually 15–30 minutes before reception start time. 📸 Logistics 1. Can I take photos during the ceremony? DUH! Please share them with us as well. 2. When is the RSVP deadline?
