Answer

You can click the RSVP tab and RSVP at any time BEFORE our RSVP deadline of October 1, 2025. Any responses received after the deadline will be considered a decline of the invitation. Attending the ceremony without RSVPing by our deadline will mean you will not be accommodated at the ceremony or reception.

Answer

We want to celebrate our special day with all of our loved ones but we need to provide our vendors with an exact headcount. If you do not RSVP by October 1, 2025 you will be marked as not attending & there will be no food, drinks or seating accommodations for you.

Answer

We understand completely if you cannot attend. Please mark your RSVP as “will not attend” so that we can plan accordingly. If you previously marked that you will be attending and plans change for any reason, let Jalyn or Zach know as soon as you can.

Answer

Due to capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated by Jalyn or Zach.

Answer

Children are not allowed to the ceremony/reception with the exception of the wedding party, ONLY. We really appreciate you making accommodations to enjoy a fun parents night out with us!

Answer

As of now, we are hoping to have an outdoors ceremony and our reception will be held indoors. If plans change we will update our website.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes early so that you can park and find comfortable seating. The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM and reception immediately after. If you arrive after the ceremony begins you will have to wait to be seated until the reception.

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be a formal attire event. Please dress to impress!

We kindly encourage our guests to wear colors in the shades of neutral on our big day!

Is there accommodations for our traveling guests?Is there accommodations for our traveling guests?

Answer

Yes, we have rooms blocked with the hotel “La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Broussard”. The link to our booking website is listed on the travel tab of our wedding website or you can simply mention the “Martin/Nixon” wedding when booking over the phone.
