You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP ‘no’ so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself & your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2022 by following the instructions on the invitation and under the RSVP tab.
We have blocked off rooms at Hyatt House Burlington from June 15th-June 20th. You may call the hotel (phone # under the “Travel” tab) and say you’d like to book a room for the “Rodriguez/McKenna wedding” OR go online and use the group code “G-IRZM” OR follow this link to book: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/massachusetts/hyatt-house-boston-burlington/bosxb?corp_id=G-IRZM
Per Hyatt House, we ask that all guests booking a room in the hotel block do so by June 1st.
We would love for our friends and family to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please refrain from wearing colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, champagne, etc.) and blush pink.
We love your little ones, we do! However we respectfully request that you leave them at home with a loving caretaker and take a night off to celebrate our adults-only wedding.
We are so grateful you took the time (and money) to travel to come celebrate with us! We suggest flying in Thursday evening (day before) to avoid any possible flight delays/traffic the day of and rushing to make it.
Cafe Escadrille offers free onsite parking for the whole duration of the wedding. Partied a little too hard? You can catch a ride home instead, leave your car safely parked overnight, and pick it up the next day!
For guests staying at Burlington hotels, there is a free shuttle that runs to and from the venue. Shuttle times to be determined.
We know this has been an unprecedented time and COVID-19 is unpredictable, but we are optimistic about the timing of the wedding. With that said, for the safety of everyone, we ask that all guests attending are fully vaccinated. We also ask if you’re not feeling well the day of the wedding to please not come. You’ll be dearly missed, but we want to have a happy and healthy time, without putting any loved ones (you) at risk! Thank you for understanding.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones, cameras, etc). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present while we say our “I Do’s.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like.
