Yes. We already have travel and lodging information available, but we’ll share the finalized ceremony timing and day-of schedule closer to the wedding date.

Yes. The ceremony will take place outdoors at Maroon Bells Amphitheater.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our family and friends! To help us keep our wedding plans as organized as possible, we kindly ask that only the guests formally listed on your invitation attend. Thank you so much for your understanding and for being part of our special day.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is the closest airport to the wedding events. Guests may also consider flying into Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) or Denver International Airport (DEN).

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Not necessarily. Aspen and Snowmass both offer convenient transportation options, and shuttle transportation will be provided for the ceremony. For guests flying into Eagle (EGE) or Denver (DEN), rental cars or shuttle services to Aspen/Snowmass are recommended.

Can I drive directly to the ceremony venue?

Personal vehicles are not permitted at Maroon Bells Amphitheater during our reservation time. All guests will need to use the provided shuttle transportation to access the ceremony venue.

Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Maroon Bells Amphitheater. Personal vehicles are not permitted at the venue during our reservation time.

Where will shuttle pickup locations be?

Answer

Shuttle pickup details and exact locations will be shared closer to the wedding date. We anticipate pickup locations in both Aspen and Snowmass Village.

What time should I arrive for the shuttle?

Answer

Guests should arrive at their designated shuttle pickup location between 8:15–8:30 AM. Shuttles will depart promptly, and late arrivals may not be able to access the ceremony venue.

How long is the shuttle ride to the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle ride to Maroon Bells Amphitheater is approximately 25–40 minutes depending on pickup location and traffic conditions.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. We kindly ask that women avoid wearing white, as it is reserved for the bride, and shades of blue, as blue is reserved for the mothers of the bride and groom.

What should I expect with the altitude?

Answer

Aspen sits at over 8,000 feet elevation. We recommend drinking plenty of water, limiting alcohol intake upon arrival, and allowing time to adjust to the altitude.

What will the weather be like in August?

Answer

August in Aspen typically features warm days and cool mornings/evenings. We recommend bringing layers, especially for the evening reception.
