Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a fun night out to relax, enjoy, and celebrate with us.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will note whether a plus-one has been included for you. If it’s not listed, we kindly ask that you join us solo so we can celebrate within our venue capacity.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our hope is to exchange vows outdoors surrounded by the beautiful Woods & Co. scenery. Minnesota weather can be unpredictable, though, so we do have an indoor ceremony option ready just in case. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire. Dress to impress and get ready to dance the night away!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence truly means the world to us, and we don’t expect traditional gifts. Instead, if you’d like to contribute, we’ve created a Honeymoon & Home Refresh Fund to help us build our first adventures together as husband and wife and make our new space feel like our home.

What food will be served?

Answer

We’re thrilled to have Big Guys BBQ catering our dinner! Expect a delicious buffet featuring pulled pork, smoked chicken, creamy mac & cheese, house salad, and red mashed potatoes with gravy. If you need a vegan or vegetarian meal, Big Guys offers those options — but they must be specially ordered. Please reach out to us individually before March 14th if you need a vegan or vegetarian meal so we can make sure it’s arranged for you.

Will there be an open bar?

We will not have a full open bar. To keep things budget-friendly, there will be a cash bar available for all drink purchases.

What will be available during cocktail hour?

Answer

We’ll be hosting the first round of drinks, along with delicious small bites from Big Guys BBQ to tide you over before dinner.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time — anyone arriving late will not be able to enter once the ceremony has started. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the moment uninterrupted!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Woods & Co. offers on-site parking for guests. No need to stress—there’s plenty of space.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Once you arrive, there’s no need to drive anywhere else. Everything will take place at Woods & Co.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We’re having a fully unplugged moment so everyone can be truly present with us. No need to worry about missing anything—we not only have two professional photographers, but we’ve also hired a content creator to capture every raw, unedited moment. We’ll share all of it afterward, so you can sit back, soak it in, and enjoy the ceremony with us.

What are the transportation options?

Answer

Pepin does have Uber availability, and most hotels and Airbnbs are within 5–10 minutes of the venue. For lodging suggestions, check out the “Where Can I Stay?” tab on our website, which links directly to local options.
