The Eck Visitors Center offers free public tours, providing a historical and social overview of life at Notre Dame. Most tours will include visits to the Grotto, Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Main Building (the Golden Dome), and the Hesburgh Library (Touchdown Jesus).
A regular spot for campus visitors, the Grotto is a place for reflection and prayer. It is a reproduction of the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes in Lourdes, France.
Visit the iconic Touchdown Jesus at Notre Dame! This famous mural overlooking the football stadium is a must-see.
St. Mary's Lake to the west and St. Joseph's Lake to the east serve as a park and nature preserve. Each lake has a picturesque walking trail around it.
