What time do I need to arrive at the venue?

Answer

All guest should arrive by 9:15 am & the wedding will begin promptly at 9:30 am. Be sure to get a head start that morning as October in Gatlinburg is peak season so traffic could be bad. This venue does weddings all day & is on a strict timeline so we can not wait on anyone unfortunately.

Can I make a speech or toast at the reception dinner?

Yes, of course, we would LOVE that!

Should I bring a gift to the reception?

Answer

We will be having a shower before the wedding as well as a larger casual reception after we get back. Gifts can be given then.

Is the reception dinner cost covered?

Answer

No, each family will be held responsible for taking care of their own dinner cost.

Can I bring my camera into the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Just please remain seated during the ceremony as to not interfere with any of the photographers shots.
