How do I RSVP?

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms throughout El Dorado Seaside. We did our best to ensure that we have a variety of room options for you to choose from. We ask that you book your stay directly through our travel agent, as all rooms must be booked within our room block.

What dates should I travel?

Answer

This is completely up to you! Our wedding ceremony will be taking place on Friday, April 5, 2024. We expect most guests to arrive between Wednesday, April 3, 2024 and Thursday, April 4, 2024. There will be a celebratory Welcome Party in the Evening on Thursday April 4th. The check-in process does take a portion of the day so please take this into account when you select your arrival date. There will be plenty of down time to enjoy your trip, you can come as early and stay as late as you’d like. Official travel dates are April 3-7, 2024. All bookings must be completed through our travel agent.

Is the Resort All-Inclusive?

Answer

Yes! All food and drink are included with your stay and wedding festivities. This includes 24/7 room service. Various daily activities and nightly entertainment is also included! While not required we highly recommend bringing small denominations to tip bartenders, drivers, and servers throughout your stay. USD accepted.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, please make sure your passport is up to date and will not expire 6 months prior to your Mexico trip. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, we would recommend doing so ASAP.

What Airport do I fly into?

Answer

When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the CANCUN airport, code CUN.

Is Transportation Provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation to and from the Cancun Airport and El Dorado Seaside is included and will be arranged by our travel agent. Please make sure to submit your flight information to Melanie by February 8, 2024.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

While we encourage you to wear anything you feel most comfortable in, our official dress code is Beach Formal Think light, breathable fabrics for the heat of Mexico! Ladies: Maxi Dresses, Rompers, Jumpsuits, Linen Pants, Breezy Tops Gents: Button Downs/Polos, Khaki Pants, Linen Pants/Shirts
