What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail/semi formal. Think polished but comfortable, especially since we’ll be celebrating in a rustic barn/outdoor space. Just be mindful of the weather.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we hope to keep our celebration mostly child-free to allow everyone (especially parents!) a chance to relax and enjoy, we understand that child care isn’t always easy to arrange. If having your little one with you is what makes it possible for you to attend, then of course they are welcome - your presence means the most to us.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to ease into the evening with a drink in hand and a bite to eat. We’ll have pre-ceremony cocktails and hors d'oeuvres ready to enjoy before the ceremony begins - consider it a warm (and delicious) welcome!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Everything will take place at Caledon Valley Estate Barn. Once you arrive, you can settle in and enjoy — no additional travel needed.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes - there’s free overnight parking on-site. Once you’ve parked, don’t worry about the 100-meter stroll to the ceremony space - we’ve got golf cart limos standing by to whisk you over in style. Just sit back and enjoy the classiest 45-second ride of your life. Any cars being left overnight need to be picked up by 10 AM the following morning.

What kind of food and drink will be served?

Answer

We’ll have a full dinner, open bar, and a few surprises throughout the night. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out directly to Erica or Zack and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will there be transportation available to and from the venue?

Answer

Parking is available on site for those interested in driving. We are also currently exploring shuttle options for guests staying at the Best Western and will share details as soon as they’re confirmed. In the meantime, we’ve been assured that Ubers can be easily called to and from the venue, so transportation should be smooth either way!
