When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 05.28.25 using the QR code on your formal invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love seeing our friends and family dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for the day of wedding is required formal. Please keep footwear in mind that would work well for our backyard event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Since the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only (21+) event, with the exception of members of the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Where can I park?

Answer

Since the wedding will take place in a residential neighborhood, parking at the venue will be limited. We have arranged for parking space at Carl Sandburg Middle School (back lot near the softball field) with a shuttle service running from first pick up at 3:45 pm to last pick up at 4:10 pm. Shuttles after the reception will begin at 10:30 pm through 11:10 pm. Uber/Lyft are recommended and are available in our area with regular frequency.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

We are offering a buffet-style dinner from La Stalla! Choices will include chicken marsala, roasted pork, penne alla vodka, v cavatelli e broccoli, gluten-free rigatoni pomodoro, insalata di cesare, arugula casareccia, and roasted potatoes. Please select your choice of salad in the RSVP tab as this will be the only plated service.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! We ask that everyone keeps phones away and silenced. Please allow our photographer to capture the best moments, which we will share with you in due time! After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you’d like!
