Please arrive no later than 5:30pm for the 6pm ceremony
Please RSVP no later than 04 February 2025
We request that our guests arrive in formal attire. It will be peak spring time in Texas so please be mindful of a possibility of a cool breeze. For the gentleman…if you would like to wear jeans, please wear your darkest jeans with your best dancing boots! For the ladies, please note that the venue will have stairs and bridges with a possibility of some wind. Just keep that in mind so you can avoid a Marilyn Monroe moment! We would like our guests to look and feel their best! Please avoid wearing white and surprise us with some light spring pastel colors to match the florals and scenery. Thank you !
The venue has 3 parking lots on different levels along with street parking. When you arrive, the parking attendants will greet and direct you to which lot to proceed to. You can take one of the walking paths from the parking lots to the venue or you can catch a golf cart that will shuttle you to your car before and after the event. We highly recommend carpooling or utilizing rideshares.
If the weather allows, the wedding will be mainly outdoors. There are plenty of indoor spaces that will hold certain events of the night. Guests will be able to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors throughout the evening.
We have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. While we love to watch the kiddos run and play; the venue has plenty of stairs, water, and bridges. We want all our loved ones to have a safe and relaxing night to celebrate with us. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day! 🤍
While we would love the extra love on our day, we are limited the amount of people the venue can accommodate. Please only RSVP with those who we addressed on the formal invitations you’ve received. If a plus one was provided by us, it will be clear in the invitations. When you RSVP on the website, it will also show who is in your party. Thank you!
While we would love to see our guests capturing the big moments, we hired awesome photographers and videographers to capture the day. We will provide our guests with photos of the ceremony so you can unplug and connect with us. Before and after the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you wish! Just please be mindful to avoid accidentally photobombing the professional shots during events such as first dances, introductions, and send offs. Please avoid tagging the bride and groom in your social media posts right after the wedding so it gives us the opportunity to share our professional photos first🤍📸
During the ceremony we ask that you do not pick a side. We are all family and you are welcome to sit where you like. For the reception we will provide you a seat and a table number.
We added some hotel recommendations under the “travel” tab of our website that our venue provided for us.
Please let us know that you would like to request a vegan/vegetarian meal option when you RSVP. We will contact our caterer and request a meal for you. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure you have a nice meal with no worries.
Yes, upon arrival to the venue you can let the parking attendant know you need accessible parking. They will direct you to parking lot #1 where the handicap spaces are located right next to the venue entrance. The main level of the venue where most of the event takes place has ramps for accessibility. To access other areas of the venue, our golf cart attendants and venue staff can assist with temporary ramps and guidance. They also have accessible men’s, women’s and a family restrooms available to you!
Please reach out to our amazing moms. Carolyn and Michele can provide you with any answers you may need. You can also reach out to the maid of honor and the best man. Zachary and I will do our best to answer all your questions as well 🤍
