Semi-formal-- think elevated, but not black tie. For men, a suit and tie or dress shirt with slacks works perfectly. For women, a cocktail dress, skirt and blouse, or dressy jumpsuit is ideal. Feel free to have fun with colors and accessories—just keep it a step above casual and a step below formal.
