Question

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are asking everyone to follow a formal dress code for the evening. No jeans or khakis, please! Also, please do not wear white!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be two lines on the RSVP card to place your name and your guests name. Additionally, your guest will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Thank you for your understanding!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WHERE CAN I PARK FOR THE WEDDING?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Westside Irish American Club located at 8559 Jennings Road, Olmstead Township, Ohio 44138. Free parking is located on the property. When arriving at the main gate, stay to the right of the Gazebo and parking is straight back (right side of building).

WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE THERE?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm! To avoid any interruptions and too keep everything on schedule we ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. If you need to miss the ceremony for any reason, we understand! The cocktail hour will start around 5:30pm and the reception to follow right after!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

Answer

RSVP Deadline: August 28th, 2023. RSVP's can be done online or by mail (postage provided).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will be having an Unplugged Ceremony, so we ask that your phones be turned off and put away during the actual ceremony. We have hired a professional wedding photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments in our lives. We'd hate to have a well-intentioned person's phone or device blocking the moment for them to capture. We invite you to be fully present and enjoy this special moment with us. We will happily share the photos that are captured during the Ceremony by our Photographers. Thank you!

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES FROM THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

During the Cocktail Hour and the Reception, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We can't wait to see all your reception photos and promise to share our ceremony photos with you! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #SullivanSquared so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the couple and the bridal party will head into the main reception hall to welcome guests and direct them to the guest book/coat room/etc. This will also be the entrance to the cocktail hour location. Guests can head straight in to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for the cocktail hour.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope that you understand.

IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will have a full hosted, open bar during cocktail hour and the reception which will run uninterrupted throughout the evening on us! There is a no shot policy with our venue and the age restriction will be strictly enforced.
