But how did we get here? Long story short, it all started with a play. We never thought that stage life would turn into real life. A husband and wife on the small stage in 2015, and soon we'll be husband and wife on the big stage of the real world in 2019. Thank you Rachel, you've changed our lives forever. So, we're getting married in January, which comes closer with every passing day. To some people, that's something that would terrify them. Not necessarily the getting married part, but the amount of time given for planning, which isn't a lot. We will begin our life together on January 5, a mere five days after the new year. A new year, a new start, a new life. Everything is going to be new. It's going to be different. It's going to be difficult. We don't say this to scare ourselves, or any of you who have decided to read this. We say it because it's true. It isn't going to be easy. If there is one thing we've learned, it's that marriage requires constant care. It needs attention every step of the way. One missed weed can put the whole system out of whack. Constant care. Attention. Grace. Forgiveness. Tears. Laughter. Love. Joy. Grit. Stubborness. But ultimately, it comes down to working with each other, even when it seems impossible. We are so excited to start this journey together, and it's time to share it with our dearest friends and family. Thank you all for your support and your love. We'll see you in January!
