Question

COVID-19 Notice. Updated 5/17/2020

Answer

As we all adapt to an uncertain time with COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are monitoring the news carefully. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests, which unfortunately at this point means postponing to 2021. We will keep our guests informed with a new date as soon as we have one. Please contact us directly with any questions. Thank you for your love, patience, and concern.

Question

Do I need to worry about the high altitude?

Answer

To avoid altitude sickness, we recommend you learn how to prepare for high altitude travel. Not preparing properly increases your risk of getting altitude sickness and suffering from headaches, nausea, fatigue, lethargy and restless sleep. 1) Stay Hydrated. Pack your water bottle and use it! The best way to prevent altitude sickness is by staying well hydrated. Unfortunately, traveling is known for being a particularly dehydrating activity. 2) Pack Pain Relievers. Having a small bottle of an over-the-counter pain reliever like aspirin on-hand can be a lifesaver if you start getting the throbbing headaches often associated with altitude sickness.

Question
