We first crossed paths at Topgolf The Colony, where Cami was a manager and Zach was juggling his second job as a server. Both of us had recently emerged from difficult breakups, and we weren’t expecting anything extraordinary when we met. The connection started casually—Zach shared stories of his family’s legendary Halloween parties, and we found ourselves bonding over a shared passion for music, while Zach’s love of hunting added an interesting twist. It was in those moments that Zach realized Cami was the one. But the spark was truly ignited thanks to our incredible mutual friend, Taylor Matthys, who played matchmaker and encouraged us to give it a chance. Our first official date at Truckyard in The Colony sealed the deal—loaded baked potatoes, drinks, and a fun trip to the quirky toilet seat museum. And from there, as they say, the rest is history!
