Question

What is included in my All-Inclusive package?

Answer

All drinks and meals are included. On-site entertainment, fitness facilities, daily outdoor and indoor activities, free wi-fi, in-suite minibar. Please consult hotel activities page for more information.

How do we book a room?

Answer

Step 1: RSVP on the RSVP tab here on the website Step 2: Lizz & Zachariah will be organizing a rooming list and will communicate rooming assignments. Married couples will be placed in the same room. Single/non-married people will be placed with another single, same-sex guest.

Is a Credit Card required at Check-In?

Answer

Yes. A pre-authorized HOLD of $300 may be applied. Please consult with our Front Desk staff for specific details upon arrival. Note: Your room & all-inclusive package is being taken care of by our gracious hosts, Bruce & Luann Rickert. ALL Incidentals will be on your own charge, so a CC will be required for each room at check-in. The resort accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express, only.

Is there a Dress Code at the Resort?

Answer

Short answer, YES. Please plan for "resort casual" while in Cap Cana. Specific restaurants have different dress codes, they will be noted on the hotel website. Below is a general description/rule of thumb. Beach/Pool Attire: Swimsuit attire is welcome. Casual, or Resort Casual: Access with dry bathing suits permitted. Men require a t-shirt and women require a cover-up. Sandals are required. Smart Casual: Dress shorts, close-toed shoes, collared short-sleeve shirts are required for men. Women require dress sandals. Resort Formal: Elegant evening wear is required for both men and women. Trousers, close-toed shoes, collared short-sleeve shirts are required for men. Women require dress sandals.

Spa & beauty services Third-party on-site boutique stores Off-site tours and excursions Airport transfers, taxis, local shuttle services, car rentals National and international telephone calls Certain specialty wines and spirits Laundry and dry-cleaning services Romantic dinners, lobster dinners, and access to Rincón de Paco restaurant are offered at additional cost

Do I need to bring/exchange money in the Dominican Republic?

Answer

Your all-inclusive plan includes meals, drinks, entertainment, and many fun activities. However, they recommend bringing extra cash for off-site expenses, spa services, tours, and transfers. The resort accepts cash payments in US Dollars, Euros, and Dominican Pesos. The resort offers foreign exchange services for mayor currencies, subject to availability.

What is the Tipping policy at the Resort?

Answer

All taxes, tips, and gratuities are included in your all-inclusive package. Additional gratuities are most welcome by our staff should services exceed your expectations.
