When should I RSVP by?

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

We will miss celebrating with you! We need exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!

Do you need a pass to enter the park?

Answer

Yes! Olympic national park has a ticket fee to enter the park. Tickets are 30$ per vehicle which will be each party’s responsibility.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving anywhere from 20-30 minutes early is a great way to be sure you are able to find the venue/park. The ceremony will start at 9:30AM at the hurricane hill picnic area lot A.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outside! Since Olympic National Park is partly a rainforest, we do recommend being prepared because we will not have an alternative. We embrace the rain! With that being said, dress with that in mind.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invite.

This is an adult only ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-casual! We want our guest to look nice and feel comfortable. Please wear shoes you are comfortable standing/walking in. The park does not accommodate seating so be prepared to stand along the sides. Mountains can be windy so please keep that in mind.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Photos and videos are welcomed! There will be a photographer present, but we would love to see our guest POV (point of view) of the ceremony.

Will there be a reception?

Answer

Since this is technically an elopement, we have decided to enjoy a nice dinner after with the loved ones who are able to attend. Please RSVP for that as well. Dinner will be each parties responsibility.
