Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm so we are requesting guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:15pm but no later than 2:45pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Zach and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.
Unfortunately we cannot acclimate additional guests not explicitly stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!
As much as we love your loved ones, we are respectfully asking that no children under the age of 18 other than the immediate family attend.
We encourage our guests to dress their best! We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or t shirts. Our wedding colors will be dark green, dark red, gold, silver and black.
There are three hotels that are within 15 minutes of our venue. Two of the hotels have shuttles from the venue to the hotel. The hotel's and their addresses are located in the travel tab of our website but please reach out if you have any questions!
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep your personal cameras and cell phones tucked away or turned off until cocktail hour. We will share all professional photos with our guests once we have them!
You bet there is! There will be a bartending service who will be running a full bar so if they have the ingredients they can make you any drink of your choice! We will have three signature cocktails to which you may order as well! The bar will also have soft drinks, water and coffee for those who wish to not drink alcohol!
The first rows of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all of the rows following will be open seating. There will be open seating for the reception as well, you are loved by both sides!
We will be making our exit at 10:00pm and our vendors will be promptly begin breaking down at this time as well.
