What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Is there a deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, the deadline is July 1st. If you have any issues RSVPing, please reach out to either one of us.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue.

Which building is the ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour in?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held in the event center. This is the building closest to the parking lot and vineyard. Cocktail hour will be held in the house and outside near the pool.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture our ceremony, and we’d love for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment with us. We respectfully ask that you keep all cameras and phones tucked away until after the ceremony.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We are so sorry you won't be able to make it! While we'll miss your presence on our big day, we completely understand. Please make sure to submit your RSVP online so we can have an accurate final count. We look forward to catching up with you after the honeymoon!

Will dinner be provided?

Yes, food will be provided during the reception.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please contact either one of us as soon as possible, so we can let our caterer know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring my own alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring any outside alcohol to the venue. We have arranged for a professional bar service, BarVino, to handle all drinks for the evening. They’ll be fully stocked and ready to serve you throughout the celebration!
