We met at everyone’s favorite grocery store—Wegmans! But not as customers. Trisha was actually Zach’s boss… yeah, a little awkward. We had hung out a few times with some of our Wegmans coworkers before Zach finally asked Trisha to grab a drink. She said yes, not realizing he meant just the two of us. We ended up at World of Beer in Destiny USA, and Trisha kept waiting for other people to show up… until it became very clear no one else was coming. We talked for hours that night—though Trisha never forgot how the waitress completely ignored her and only spoke to Zach. Naturally, Trisha responded in the most Trisha way possible: by stealing the bowl her food came in. From that moment on, Zach knew she was the one. And yes, there have been many more klepto moments since.
