When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our "Travel" section/tab for recommendations as well as hotel blocks we have set. Any unbooked rooms in these blocks will be release 60 days prior to the event date, so please plan accordingly. Chelan is a popular destination in the summer and hotels book up very quickly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is some parking at the winery, however we will have two shuttles that will shuttles guests to/from the winery from 3 main hotel sites. This is the winery's preference, as well as ours, to help keep everyone safe so no one is drinking and driving! We want everyone to have fun, and to get home safely! The shuttles will be available at all times of the night, so if you want to leave early it's no problem, they can take you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttles will begin running at 4:15pm to pick up guests to bring you to the venue. The ceremony will start at 5pm!

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire. Please no jeans :-)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The winery is very accommodating for most allergies. There will be a variety of food options in a buffet style, as well as a pasta station (and gluten free pasta available). There should be something available for everyone. If you have any concerns you can speak with the catering staff and they can help ensure your dietary needs are addressed. The bride is gluten free so rest assured there will be gf options!
