Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we absolutely love your children, due to limited seating and space we are having an "adult- only" reception. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

As there is no official dress code we do ask our guest to be semi-formal. We ask no jeans please.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a lot of parking at Hastings Golf Course. You are also more than welcome to leave your car parked overnight.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, on Hole 1 in front of the pond. There will be golf carts and attendants available to drive anyone down to the site. If there is rain, then ceremony will be relocated to inside. The reception will be inside.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle from the venue to Hastings country Inn. 8pm- midnight.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, but if you wish to contribute to our future, a monetary gift would be greatly appreciated. We've also set up a honeymoon fund for those who would like to contribute towards our next adventure.

What type of food will be served and will it accommodate dietary needs.

Answer

We will be providing a buffet style dinner for everyone. When you RSVP there will be a spot for you to put if you have any dietary needs. We will do our best to accommodate.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that everyone shows up and is seated 15-30 minutes before the Ceremony starts.
