Please RSVP through our website by September 1st, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to assume you will be celebrating from afar.

If your guest’s name is listed on your invitation, then yes! Although we wish we could include everyone who we hold dear, there is only space for those guests specifically named on the invitation. We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Only children named on the formal invitation will be in attendance at our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. Our Reception will be an adults only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for making arrangements.

The wedding dress code will be semi-formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit (tie optional) or a dress shirt and slacks with a blazer. Ladies can consider a midi/maxi or cocktail dress. We want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and beautiful, but kindly ask for no blue jeans, t-shirts, or hats.

We kindly request that all cell phones and cameras be turned off during the Ceremony.

Yes! We will have a welcome drink as you arrive that you can enjoy during our Ceremony. There will be an open bar available during Cocktail Hour and the Reception.

Answer
There is ample parking on the property and you can leave your cars overnight if needed. Since ride share services are limited in Estes Park, we have hired a shuttle service to take guests back to their hotel/lodging at the end of the night. ***If you would like to use the shuttle service, we require the addresses of any Airbnbs, cabins, or VRBO properties at least 14 days (September 19th, 2026) before the wedding date to ensure the vehicle can safely access each location***

When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Answer
The weather can be extremely unpredictable in Colorado, so who knows?? At sundown, it will likely be a bit chilly. Please note that the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outside, weather permitting.
