The venue can accommodate parking for up to 40 vehicles. Please carpool whenever possible.
We will have 2 drivers available to provide rides back to the Holliday Inn in Auburn AFTER the wedding. There will not be transportation to the venue. Please plan to carpool to the venue if needed. Cars can be left overnight and must be picked up by 3pm on Sunday. Ride details will be available at the hotel.
Both the ceremony site and reception site are on the same property. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside on the lawn. The reception will be held under a tent which can be enclosed and heated if needed.
We request that our guests wear formal attire. Ladies, be mindful of wearing stilettos as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass.
