Ceremony

Street parking is available, and free of charge this time of year, or valet parking is available at the Hotel Viking, the same property that the Chapel is on. For those who do not wish to park near the Chapel, feel free to park at Newport Harbor Island Resort, where the reception will be to follow. Complimentary trolley transportation will be going from the resort to the Kay Chapel beginning at 2:15 until 2:45. Transportation back to the resort will also be available after the ceremony concludes.
Break for Photos
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Feel free to freshen up in your hotel room or grab a drink at the "Torpedo Lounge," the Hotel Bar in Newport Harbor Island Resort while the newly weds grab photos with their families.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail hour will be located outside the Rose Island Ballroom and on the surrounding deck. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served. The bar is open all night, so grab a drink on us!
