What is the dress code?

Semi-formal: tea-length or longer dresses and suits, with optional tie.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

They will be in separate locations about 10 minutes apart. Ceremony: Unitarian Universalist Church, 12 Ford Ave, Oneonta, NY. Parking is available in the lot across the street and on nearby streets. Reception: Roundhouse Event Center at The Oneonta Country Club, 9 Oneonta Country Club Dr, Oneonta, NY. Parking lot is available at the venue.

What time does the reception start?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at the reception venue at 5pm. You are welcome to mingle at the church, check-in to hotels, and explore the historic downtown Oneonta prior to the reception. Please see the Things to Do Page for other attractions during your stay.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding day an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a night out. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
