What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire suggested. Have fun! BUT…it looks like the warmer temps we’re having now might drop off Friday and continue through Saturday. Again, we have a heater in the tent so it’ll be warm inside, but anticipate needing a layer for when you exit the tent if you run cold 🥶❤️

What kind of footwear would you suggest?

Answer

Comfortable! We'll be dancing the night away. ALSO: The property is on grass, and we just laid a lot of mulch under where the tent will be, so heels might not be the best choice (especially if the grounds experience rain in the days before the party). We want you to be comfortable. Wedges might be the best kind of heel if you must add some height to your look!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We wish we had a crystal ball, but in past years, Campbellsport this time of year has ranged from highs of 60-70 & lows down to the 40s. Rain is always possible. UPDATE: Unfortunately for our warmer blooded friends, the weather looks like it drops right before everyone arrives. So we’re looking at lows of 30, with a high of 49 on Friday and a high of 56 on Saturday. Luckily no rain is anticipated though!

Who is Alexandra and what have you done with Sasha?! .............. (and vice versa)

Answer

Most of you already know, but these 2 people are one and the same! Born Alexandra Metz, "Sasha" was a nickname given to the bride at birth. Fun fact: "Sasha" is a unisex nickname for both Alexander and Alexandra in Russian. Sasha's mom was hoping for baby Sasha to be a boy, so she had the name Alexander already picked out and then her Russian friend taught her about the nickname. When news that baby Sasha would be a girl was received, the name remained. Alex is what a few of you call her if you've met her through work ;)
