Do I have to be vaccinated?

Answer

YES Out of concern for our loved ones, in order to attend this event you AND your plus 1 must be vaccinated.

What to wear?

Answer

Whatever you feel beautiful in! We are getting married on a working farm, so semi-formal, with sensible shoes. High heels are not recommended

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

We call September in Rhode Island local's summer. Days are beautiful, usually in the mid-70's, with cooler evenings. There is chance for rain, and it is also hurricane season. Keep your fingers crossed for sunshine!

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on Casey Farm property. The property spans over 300 acres, so there will be a short walk between the ceremony and cocktail hour sites. the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be under a tent. This site is not wheelchair accessible.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we recommend heading on over to cocktail hour! We will have plenty of options, including a signature cocktail. Sara and Zach will be nearby :)

How do I get to the venue?

We will have alerted local drivers in the area that rides will be needed from Casey Farm at the end of the evening.

When should we arrive?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, so we request everyone be at the site at 4:30 to allow ample time to find your seats

Answer

To those of you driving, Casey Farm has ample parking located on site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, our wedding is an adults-only event, so you are welcome to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Can I bring a date?

Answer

It's important to us that our ceremony and reception be shared with those closest to us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, and are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 1st.

Question

What kind of food and drinks will be available at the reception?

Answer

We will have a full bar, and for food we will have chicken, fish, or vegan options. The cocktail hour will also have passed h'or devours. Please let us know if there are any allergies that we need to fill our catering company in on.

Can I take pictures to share on social media?

Answer

Of course! We kindly request that the ceremony be unplugged, but at the cocktail hour and reception you are more than welcome to take pictures. Our photographers will provide ample opportunity for you to have your photos taken as well.
