Are children/ plus ones welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Due to limited guest capacity, children and plus ones not listed on the invitation will not be allowed at the wedding.

How should I address a card/envelope for the couple?

Answer

We have decided to keep our last names through marriage. Mrs. Ball and Mr. McCubbins is the more formal version, but Samantha and Zachary also works!

What should I wear?

Answer

We love color! Our dress code is Garden party, which is summer suits and summer dresses.

Does the cash bar only allow cash payments?

Answer

The bar uses a square reader which can accept all payments.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue! Stonegate Glass Chapel in Walnut Shade, Missouri.

Is the ceremony, coffee hour, and reception an indoor venue?

Answer

The ceremony will be held inside the chapel. The coffee hour will be held outside on the patio (weather permitting). The reception will be held in the reception hall.

Can I bring alcohol to the venue?

Answer

Per contract agreement, outside alcohol is not allowed on the venue premises.

Answer

Final numbers for catering are required, please RSVP by April 20th. We will not be able to accommodate non-confirmed guests. We hope to see you there and will miss you if not.

When should I arrive at the wedding venue?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm to find a seat and sign the guestbook before the ceremony.

What does the wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

The wedding day starts at 4pm with the ceremony and ends with a final song at 9:30pm.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is parking next to the reception hall which is a short walk from the chapel.
