We matched on hinge in February of 2021. Zach was a gentleman and asked me what I loved to cook, sparking a genuine conversation. We had our first date in San Clemente and talked for hours, connecting over just about everything and feeling so comfortable with one another. We were pretty much inseparable after that! A couple months into dating, I experienced my first "fire season" with Zach, meaning weeks and weeks apart, stress, worry, you name it. It was then that I went 'oh shit, what did I sign up for?' Fast forward 4 fire seasons, a fire academy with an injury, a full fire academy, and 5 years full of ups, downs and pure bliss and here we are - getting married! I can confidently say that nothing has been more worth it than the last 5 years and getting to this moment here. There is no one in the world more perfect for me than Zachary. She has stood by my side through the good, the bad, and everything in between. Sami is the most loyal, supportive, and loving partner I could ever ask for, and there’s no one else I’d rather spend my life with.
