Alex and I met at Virginia Tech on a design team building an electric race motorcycle, where we quickly bonded over engineering and a shared love of building things that go fast. Outside the lab, we spent a lot of time hanging out and mountain biking together, usually staying on the trail past dark and relying on our phone flashlights to find our way back. Our most recent adventure was driving halfway across the country in a camper van. Alex is one of the kindest, smartest, and most genuine people I know. He's also an incredible father to his two young kids. I feel very grateful to have been his best man, and now to have him as mine.

Sabrina has been lucky enough to have Pooja as a best friend since school days. Sabrina's favorite things about Pooja are her kindness, honesty, and openness. Pooja is the epitome of work hard-play hard. She's a boss at everything she sets her mind to and is always open to the next adventure. Whether sharing their love of margaritas, belting out The 1975, or supporting each other when times get tough, Sabrina is forever grateful to have Pooja as part of her life and this day.
