Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be provided from Hotel Roanoke to Ivy Rose Barn, departing promptly at 4:15 PM. Return shuttles to Hotel Roanoke will depart at 10:00 PM. Please note that transportation to and from the church will not be provided.

What is the dress code?

Black Tie attire is requested. Floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos, or dark formal suits are encouraged.

Will guests be permitted to bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on the invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be adults-only.

The reception will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion.

What should guests do during the break between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

During the break between the ceremony and reception, guests are welcome to spend time at Hotel Roanoke where dining, bar, and lounge spaces will be available.

Can guests drive directly to the reception venue?

Answer

Guests are welcome to drive to Ivy Rose Barn, where complimentary on-site parking will be available. Please note that vehicles cannot remain on the property overnight.

Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same location?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church, followed by the reception at Ivy Rose Barn.
