Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes, weather permitting. Please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00 pm to ensure you are seated in time.

Can I leave my car at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you can leave your car as long as it is picked up by 11am on Sunday 11/9/25. We want everyone to be safe and have a good time!

Is there a smoking section?

Answer

Yes, you may smoke/vape only by the silo in the designated area. Smoking or vaping anywhere else on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. If you plan on enjoying, please arrange for transportation home. We want everyone to have a great time but also be safe!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 9/1/2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation and RSVP will specify if you can bring a plus one. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests.

What food will there be?

Answer

There will be various hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. For dinner there will be buffet style dinner rolls, caesar salad, choice between baja chicken or pork loin, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. Please specify any dietary restrictions with your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate.
