For the best sunset views in the area, head to Acreage. Perched on a hilltop in Lafayette, this sprawling cider house features a massive outdoor cider garden, an apple orchard, and a wood-fired kitchen serving up incredible Colorado comfort food. It’s the perfect spot to grab a flight of craft cider, sit by a fire pit, and take in the panoramic mountain views.

Avery Brewing Company

4910 Nautilus Court North, Boulder, CO 80301

A national legend in the craft beer world, Avery’s massive Boulder facility is a "must-visit" for any beer enthusiast. This 67,000-square-foot brewery features over 30 taps of experimental and classic ales, a world-class kitchen serving Southern-inspired comfort food, and a dog-friendly patio. Don't miss the elevated catwalk tour where you can look down at the brewing production in action while you sip your pint.

Avanti Food and Beverage Boulder

1401 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302

Located in the heart of the Pearl Street Mall, this modern food hall is a personal favorite—we actually went to their Denver location on our very first date! It features a rotating mix of diverse food stalls and two large bars, making it the perfect spot for groups with different tastes. Be sure to head to the rooftop for some of the best unobstructed views of the Flatirons in all of Boulder. Hard to beat!

Rosetta Hall

1109 Walnut Street, Boulder, CO 80302

Located just off the Pearl Street Mall, Rosetta Hall is an upscale, beautifully designed food hall that feels more like a sophisticated lounge than a traditional cafeteria. It features a curated collection of diverse culinary concepts and two bars, all set within a chic, high-ceilinged space. A rooftop lounge offers a stylish outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the Flatirons, perfect for evening drinks. Various food stalls host a rotating cast of chefs, serving everything from artisanal pastries and espresso to international street food. Try the Spicy Margs!

Woody's Wood-Fired Pizza

1305 Washington Avenue, Golden, CO 80401

Woody's Wood-Fired Pizza is a legendary Golden staple and a personal highlight for the trip—it is officially Zach's favorite spot! While it is a bit further of a drive from the Broomfield area, the lively atmosphere and mountain-town charm make it well worth the trek. All you can eat pizza buffet, phenomenal wings and the freshest Coors Lights on the planet - what's not to love!

The Golden Mill

1012 Ford Street, Golden, CO 80401

Located right on the banks of Clear Creek in downtown Golden, The Golden Mill is a historic flour mill turned modern food hall. It is a fantastic spot to visit if you’re already heading into Golden to visit Woody's or explore the foothills. A Self-Pour Tap Wall features over 50 taps of Colorado craft beer, wine, cider, and sake that you can pour yourself and pay by the ounce. They have five food concepts: Guests can choose from a variety of local food stalls serving everything from tacos and sushi to fried chicken and BBQ. Two Levels of Patios: Includes a massive rooftop deck with some of the best views of the Coors Brewery and the surrounding mesas.

Waterloo

817 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027

Waterloo is a family-run anchor of downtown Louisville, drawing inspiration and its name from the iconic Waterloo Records in Austin, Texas. This music-centric, stylishly rustic haunt is known for its vibrant energy, Johnny Cash-themed decor, and one of the most popular rooftop patios in the area. God Bless Johnny Cash!

4 Noses Brewing Company

8855 West 116th Circle, Broomfield, CO 80021

Located in Broomfield, 4 Noses Brewing Company is a family-owned craft brewery known for its creative approach to traditional styles. It’s a great spot for guests staying at the nearby hotels to relax in a modern, airy taproom. They offer a wide range of rotating taps. While they don't have a full kitchen, they frequently host popular local food trucks to provide a variety of dining options. One of our favorites!
