Yes! A shuttle (The Hawk Bus) will be available to use at 3:00PM and 4:00PM to get to the ceremony from Hyatt Regency Hotel. The shuttle will return at 9:00PM and continue trips until 11:00PM from the reception back to the hotel.
Please take a look at the travel page! We do have a hotel block set up at the Hyatt Regency in Coralville. It is about a 15 minute drive to the venue, and in an area with many restaurants and shops.
Yes! The venue has plenty of parking for everyone! If you plan on enjoying some cocktails please make arrangements to get home safely. The venue will allow guests to leave vehicles overnight if needed, but they must be picked up by 8:00AM the next day.
We ask that you celebrate in style with us! We are requesting a semi-formal attire. For the ladies: cocktail dresses, midi or maxi length. Please no white! For the gentlemen: Suits or dark jackets and slacks. Our bridal party will be in black, you are more than welcome to wear black as well.
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in your name(s) listed on your invitation. Kindly RSVP before Friday, April 18th, 2025, otherwise we will consider you as not able to attend. We will be waiting for your response and look forward to celebrating with you!

We love your kids, but this is an adults only event. If your children are not listed on your invitation, please find a sitter, and enjoy a night out with us!
We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your formal invitation and under your name when you RSVP on the website. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for your entire party.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please arrive no later than 4:15PM to give yourself time to park and find a seat.
We have a fantastic photographer who will be capturing every moment. We encourage you to please keep your phones off and put away during the ceremony. Immediate family will be asked to stay briefly after the ceremony for family pictures.
