Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on the lawn. Cocktail hour will follow from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The reception will be held in the ballroom from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception will be moved indoors to the ballroom. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for seating and ensure the ceremony begins on time.
We’re asking guests to dress in semi-formal attire, which is a step up from casual but not as dressy as black-tie. Think polished and stylish, but comfortable! For women: Cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or a chic skirt and blouse. Dressy flats, heels, or nice sandals are perfect. For men: A suit or dress pants with a button-up shirt; a tie is optional. Jackets or blazers are great but not required. Dress shoes, loafers, or a nice pair of boots are perfect-no sneakers please. A button-up shirt, blazer, boots, and nice pair of formal jeans are also appropriate.
Transportation to and from the venue will not be provided, so please plan accordingly. Rideshare and carpooling are encouraged due to our open bar. Parking is available at the venue.
Your invitation is addressed specifically to the individuals invited. Additional guests are not permitted unless explicitly stated. This is an adults-only event, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. Kindly review the names listed on your invitation to confirm who is included.
Before the reception, there will be circulating appetizers and handheld cocktail bites. The main meal will be served buffet-style, followed by an assortment of desserts. An open bar will also be available throughout the evening.
