What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of time to get seated prior to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot on site as well as street parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have two shuttles to transport guests from Hotel Kirkwood to The Harmac prior the ceremony with one leaving at 3:30 pm and the second one leaving at 4:00 pm. We will also have two return shuttles back to the hotel, one at 10:00 pm and the final shuttle at 10:45 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but thought you might like a night off. Adults only, aside from immediate family, please.
