How I Fell in Love with Zach

When I first met Zach in highschool, I knew immediately that we were one in the same. He was difficult to talk to at first, not because he did anything wrong but, he was so quiet and never had much to say to me, I guess it was the nerves. He was nerdy like I was, he was very sweet and considerate, and I could see he was shy. I had a crush on him and always thought about talking to him, but eventually lost touch when he joined the USMC. Fast forward to Summer 2016, we had been talking here and there, and when he would come home, we would spend time together with our friends, we were there for each other in bad times, fast forward even further to October 27th, 2018; we realized we had feelings for each other, and we agreed we weren’t ready for a relationship, but also agreed not to see other people because we would both be upset. Which, in retrospect is basically a relationship... We talked everyday even though he lives in North Carolina, we shared everything, called every chance we could, and after months of waiting to see each other, it didn’t take long to realize we never wanted to be apart again. Without a doubt, our love is effortless and unconditional! I never thought I’d meet someone who does what needs to be done to take care of us, works hard, spoils me, or deals with my crazy so well!

How I Fell in Love with Jordan

From the moment I saw her, I knew I needed to talk to her. That proved to be harder than I realized, as when she was near me, I was at a loss for words. My heart still flutters when I see her in all honesty. In time we did start talking, as we had the same friends, and to this day talking to her feels like the most natural thing. Funny how that works right? Well, we did our best to stay in touch when I went off to the military, but it's always hard to talk when there is college, jobs, and things of that nature in the way. We did however, see one another, mostly when I was on leave. In 2017 we started talking again, mostly memes and dumb jokes, but every now and then, she would check up on me. In 2018 that progressed greatly. We were there for one another in times of need. We joked and laughed so effortlessly, and we became really close. We became closer than either of us realized, so we told eachother we didnt want to date, we werent ready. I think that might be the funniest thing about this all. We were falling in love, and we thought we could actually fight it. Needless to say, we grew closer day by day, and finally gave in. We started dating, and even with 1700 miles between us when we talked, we may as well have been in the same room, in our own world. Our love is the most natural thing and we couldn't deny it even if we tried. Not a day goes by that I don’t find new ways to love her, or things about her to love. I've always dreamed of finding a woman like her, but never did I think that she was already with me. I love you Jordan. I always will.
