Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather is nice, we'll have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, and if it looks like rain, we'll have an indoor ceremony! The reception will be indoors, but guests are free to step outside as they please.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal to formal! Men can opt for a suit, while women are welcome to wear a cocktail dress, nice dressy separates, or a floor-length gown. If the weather is nice, we'll be outdoors for the ceremony so expect some sunlight and mild Vancouver temperatures.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

No alcohol will be served, but we will have an open non-alcoholic bar. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm, and we recommend planning to arrive around 4:00pm-4:10pm. Traffic can be difficult to predict depending on where you're coming from.

Is parking available?

Answer

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. The golf course is open to the public, although the venue is private to us. Most golfers will be finished by the time you arrive, but if the parking lot is full, there is an overflow lot on Bill Fox Way.
