We met off the popular dating site Bumble. We went on our first date to Hannah's favorite restaurant where she was living at the time. The couple ended up spending more and more time together as the summer progressed from living in downtown Brunswick to building a home in West Bath.

We had gone to Italy for a vacation to visit some friends that had lived there for several years. After spending 3 days in Rome, we headed to Naples and spent a couple days exploring the country. The last day of the vacation in one of the most beautiful places in the world, the Amalfi coast, is where Zach proposed. It was picture perfect and a splendid way to end the vacation.
