What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Dress code is semi formal. Ladies, midi or tea length dresses. Gentlemen, dress shirt, slacks, tie is optional! The ceremony will be outdoors, September weather in Idaho can be unpredictable. It’ll be warm out so be prepared!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the evening. We will be covering beer, wine, seltzers, ciders and 2 specialty drinks. Any other hard alcohol can be purchased by you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that only children listed on the invitation attend. If your invitation says “The *last name* family”, kids are more than welcome.

Is there transportation to the wedding?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus to pick people up from the hotel on our website. It will do 2 runs back to the hotel 9:15 and 11. There is limited seating so please be on time for pickup. Pickup time is TBD

When should we RSVP by?

We ask that you rsvp by August 15, 2026.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to allow time to park, enter the venue & find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 3:55pm. Enjoy a beer or wine before the ceremony begins!

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome photographer to capture every detail of the wedding. We will of course share these pictures with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to scan the QR code on your table! Share all the memories with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. If you don’t want to drive up from Ontario there are a lot of Airbnb’s in the town of Weiser.
