We became friends junior year of high school. We went to different colleges and then we started missing each other. After many miles of travel on i71 from Cincinnati to Columbus and back, many weekend trips visiting each other, and many years of love, we decided this was it. We're in it for the long haul. You know that feeling when you're totally infatuated with someone, that even when you're mad at them, you still want to be around them? Yeah, that's us, and we're so excited for our future together.

We started planning big vacations together once a year, and 2017 was a vacation unlike any other. We headed to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and just about everyone except Emma predicted that it was time Zach put a ring on it. With a reservation at the fanciest restaurant he could find, a glass of wine (or 2) to calm the nerves, and a gorgeous pear shaped diamond in his pocket, Zach proposed. Emma said YES, and then happy cried for the following 20 minutes. Cheers, friends! We can't wait to celebrate our amazing adventure with you in May.
