We have a room block at two neighboring hotels: The Homewood Suites by Hilton and The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites. We are staying at Homewood Suites. They are both about 10 minutes from the venue. You can use our discount code found under the "Hotels & Travel" tab! You can edit the room blocks to suit your stay or call and they would be happy to help you. If you have any trouble booking please don't hesitate to reach out! There are a handful of other hotels in Victor, NY that you could stay in as well.
There will be buses that will take you from Homewood Suites to the venue. Buses will bring you back to Homewood Suites. Ravenwood also has parking for anyone who is driving.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm.
