Question

Where & when do I need to get on the bus?

Answer

We have transportation provided from Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn hotels to the reception at the Oak Barn. Please plan to be on the bus by 4:15 pm. The bus will also provide transportation after the reception to downtown Leesburg and/or back to the hotels. There is also parking available at the Oak Barn for those who prefer to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will not be transportation provided from hotels to ceremony at St. Johns in Leesburg. There is plenty of parking or you can use Uber or Lyft. See below for transportation details from Leesburg Hotels to reception at Oak Barn

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for the ceremony at the church. There is also parking at the reception at Oak Barn, and we will be providing the option of transportation from Leesburg hotel sites to the Oak Barn and back to DT Leesburg for afterparty & to hotels

While we can accommodate children at our rehearsal dinner & wedding ceremony, we are not able to invite them to our reception. We love your littles, but enjoy a kiddo free night :)
