What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at 12875 S 305th West Ave, Bristow, OK 74010 on December 6, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp, followed by reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 9:30pm.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors therefore please bring a jacket as it may be chilly in December. The reception will take place indoor where heating is provided.

Will There Be A Reception?

Answer

After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for dinner and dancing.

What Time Will The Reception End?

Answer

We are doing a "Fake Send Off at 8pm" so we do ask that you stay until then. You are welcome to leave or stay for more dancing. The reception will end at 9:30pm.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be absolutely NO alcohol present during our wedding. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcohol beverages onto the premises.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting semi formal. Please no jeans, T-shirts, or flip-flops and of course no white dresses.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like during the reception!

Travel Accommodation

Answer

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are hotels and Airbnb’s available. We recommend searching in the Tulsa area.
